That content includes game names, logos, key art, text, code and design. "Strafe Theory", our game titles and our logos are our trademarks. Games shown on the Site Games shown on the Site are examples of our work. Some are in development or at concept stage, and their features, artwork and platforms may change. Nothing on the Site is a promise that a game or feature will ship. ## 4. Development services Descriptions of our services, timelines and response times are general information, not an offer. A project goes ahead only under a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or contract, and that agreement controls. ## 5. Ideas and submissions We welcome messages, but please don't send us confidential information or unsolicited game ideas, pitches or creative material unless we have signed a non-disclosure agreement with you first. If you send ideas anyway, you agree that they are not confidential. You also agree that we may already be working on similar ideas, and that we owe you nothing for any similar work we develop independently. ## 6. Third-party links The Site may link to other websites and platforms, for example app stores, game platforms and video sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply. ## 7. Disclaimers The Site is provided "as is" and "as available".
